摘 要:结合露天煤矿设备选型相关理论和人力资源成本评估方法,通过理论分析和工程实践,围绕露天煤矿人力资源成本评估方法的改进及其对露天煤矿设备选型的影响进行了深入研究,总结出露天煤矿人力资源成本构成、体系及评估方法;同时,从人力资源成本已有评估方法入手,分析了目前露天煤矿人力资源成本存在的问题;最后,以300万t/a露天煤矿为例,论证了在人力资源成本最优条件下的该露天煤矿设备选型方案。Combining the theory of equipment selection and the method of human resource cost evaluation in open pit mine,the improvement of cost assessment method of human resources in open pit mine and its influence on equipment selection were studied in depth through theoretical analysis and engineering practice.The composition,system and evaluation method of human resource cost in open pit mine were summarized.Bejinning with the existing evaluation methods of human resource cost,the existing problems of human resource cost in open pit mine were analyzed.At last,taking the open pit mine with an annual production of 3 million tons as an example,the equipment selection scheme of the open-pit mine under the condition of optimizing human resources cost was expounded and proved.
