摘　　要：为规范铁路接发列车作业,开展研制《铁路接发列车作业》标准工作。介绍研究背景及过程,分析标准制定原则,详述研究过程中的重要技术问题,为今后制定及执行《铁路接发列车作业》标准提供技术参考。In order to standardize the operation of receiving and dispatching trains,the standard work of Operation of train receiving and dispatching is developing.This paper introduces the research background and process,analyzes the principle of standard formulation,and explains the important technical issues in the research process,so as to pro vide technical reference for the future formulation and implementation of Operation of train receiving and dispatching.
