试论吕本中《官箴》对新时代党风政风建设的启示

摘　　要：北宋寿州吕氏家族代表人物吕本中的《官箴》被称为"官者之龟鉴"。其内容主要是记录吕氏前辈及友人宝贵的为官经验,目的是用以箴诫吕氏家族出仕子弟。为官之道上的"清""慎""勤"及为官之术上的"亲民""隐忍"与"直道"等内容,对新时代以习近平同志为核心的新一届党中央强调党的领导干部要做到"清清白白做人、干干净净做事""慎独、慎初、慎微""求真务实、真抓实干""平易近民""忍得过""防得住""公道正派""勇于担当"等具有积极的现实意义,有利于当下不断加强与改进党的作风建设,构建风清气正的良好政治生态。"Officials’ Maxim"by Lv Benzhong, a representative figure of the Lv Family in Shouzhou ofthe Northern Song Dynasty, is known as "References for Officials", which mainly recorded the experienceof Lv’s predecessors and friends as officials, with the aim of admonishing the offspring of Lv family. The con-tents such as philosophy of "cleanness","cautiousness"and"diligence"and"pro-people","forbear-ance"and"rectitude"in the art of serving officials, etc., are of positive realistic significance to meetingsuch requirements of leading Party cadres as "be a pure person and do things cleanly","restrain in priva-cy, be careful in the beginning and be cautious in handling minor things","seek truth and pragmatism","be close to people"etc. which are emphasized by the Central Party Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping atcore, are of benefit to constantly strengthening and improving the Party’s work style, and are of significanceto building good political ecology.
