摘  要:针对压电式微滴按需喷射系统的需求,设计了一种基于电压驱动型开关式结构的压电陶瓷驱动电源。该电源制造方法简单、效率高、成本低,其利用脉冲信号对可调直流电路输出脉冲信号进行门电路开关控制,通过变压器对其进行升压调节,以激励压电陶瓷产生形变,达到挤压液体产生微滴的目的。结果表明:驱动电源高压激励信号电压幅值为50-350V、脉冲宽度为10.0-50.0μs、频率为1-48Hz,满足压电式微滴喷头驱动要求。A piezoelectric ceramic drive power supply based on a voltage-driven switch type structure was designed to meet the needs of the piezoelectric droplet on-demand jet system.The power supply has the advantages of simple manufacturing method,high efficiency and low cost.It uses a pulse signal to perform gate circuit switching control on an output pulse signal of an adjustable DC circuit.The voltage is adjusted by a transformer to excite the piezoelectric ceramic to deform and achieve the purpose of squeezing liquid to generate droplets.The results show that the voltage amplitude of the high-voltage excitation signal of the driving power supply is 50-350V,the pulse width is 10.0-50.0μs,and the frequency is 1-48Hz,which meets the driving requirements of the piezoelectric droplet jet system.
