摘 要:核电厂非安全级数字化仪控系统对保证电厂安全、稳定和经济运行至关重要,其主要实现各个系统全范围工况的仪表监测数据和控制数据的传输、存储和输出,而组网方式直接影响仪控平台性能和可靠性。当前以太网技术在核电厂的应用越来越广泛,但不管采用何种组网方式,多以CSMA/CD共享介质访问机制为主,造成了冲突和通信不确定性问题。出于对核电厂安全性的考虑,网络还必须满足高可靠性要求,保证通信不中断。通过对常用网络拓扑方案的研究以及交换机堆叠和链路聚合技术的介绍,提出了基于交换式以太网的双活冗余组网技术,很好地解决了以太网在非安全级数字化仪控中应用的可靠性和不确定性问题。经过测试验证,双活冗余组网可以充分满足核电厂非安全级仪控系统的功能和性能需求。The non-safety digital instrumentation control system of nuclear power plants is essential for ensuring the safety,stability and economic operation of power plants.It mainly realizes the transmission,storage and output of instrument monitoring data and control data for the full range of operating conditions of each system.The networking mode directly affects the performance and reliability of the instrument control platform.At present,Ethernet technology is more and more widely used in nuclear power plants.However,regardless of the networking mode,CSMA/CD mechanism is mainly used,which causes conflicts and communication uncertainty.Due to the safety considerations of nuclear power plants,the network must also meet high reliability requirements to ensure uninterrupted communication.Based on the research of common network topology schemes and the introduction of switch stacking and link aggregation technologies,a dual-active redundancy networking technology based on switched Ethernet is proposed,which solves the problem that reliability and uncertainty of Ethernet in non-security digital instrumentation.After testing and verification,the dual-active redundant networking can fully meet the functional and performance requirements of the non-safety digital instrument control system of the nuclear power plant.
