摘　　要：趋势分析是采购,尤其是大宗物料采购人员所必备的一项技能。通过恰当的趋势分析,做出正确的预判,并通过企业管理层会议及时制定采购的策略,锁定中长期合同,在很大程度上可以帮助企业实现大幅降本,同时还可以跟供应商结成长期合作伙伴的关系。Trend analysis is a very critical skill for professional procurement professionals especially to those who are involved in bulk material purchasing.It is a key factor for business success in this field to get a proper decision based on accurate trend analysis.Make a mid to long term contract with suppliers following the judgement on the market trend could support a company to save cost and build up partnership with suppliers.
