摘  要:某公司由于工作需要,需新增使用1台工业X射线探伤机,用于各种工件的无损检测。本文针对该X射线探伤机进行了辐射安全分析评价。结果表明:该X射线探伤机防护设施满足辐射防护要求,探伤作业不会对周围环境产生明显辐射影响;公司辐射安全管理制度满足相关法规要求。Due to the need of work,a company needs to increase the use of an industrial X-ray flaw detector for non-destructive testing of various welding products.In this paper,the radiation safety analysis and evaluation of this X-ray flaw detector are carried out.Results showed that the X-ray flaw detector protective equipment fulfil the requirements of radiation protection,and the flaw detection operation will not have obvious radiation impact on the surrounding environment;company radiation safety management instruction to meet regulatory requirements.
