氟伐他汀联合富马酸比索洛尔对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者症状改善及心电图变化的影响

摘　　要：目的分析氟伐他汀联合富马酸比索洛尔对老年不稳定型心绞痛(Unstable angina pectoris,UAP)患者症状改善及心电图变化的影响。方法选取河南省安阳市内黄县人民医院心内科2017年12月-2018年11月收入院治疗的老年UAP患者68例,依照治疗方案不同分为联合组(n=34)与参照组(n=34)。参照组予以富马酸比索洛尔治疗,联合组在参照组基础上予以氟伐他汀治疗,对比两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后心绞痛发作情况。结果联合组总有效率85.29%(29/34)较参照组61.76%(21/34)高(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组心绞痛发作频次较参照组少,持续时间较参照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心绞痛发作频次较同组治疗前少,持续时间较同组治疗前短(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率5.88%(2/34)与参照组8.82%(3/34)相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在富马酸比索洛尔治疗老年UAP基础上加用氟伐他汀可提升疗效,并能减少患者心绞痛发作频次,缩短持续时间,且不会增加不良反应,具有用药安全性。Objective To analyze the effects of fluovastatin in combination with bisoprolol fumarate on the improvement of symptoms and changes in electrocardiogram in elderly patients with unstable angina.Methods 68 cases of elderly UAP patients treated in the Department of Cardiology,Neihuang People’s Hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were divided into combination group(n=34)and control group(n=34)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate,and the combination group was treated with fluorovastatin on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of angina of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total efficiency 85.29%(29/34)of the combination group was higher than that of the control group 61.76%(21/34)(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of angina attacks in the combination group was less than that of the control group and the angina attacks duration was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);In both groups,the frequency of angina was less than before treatment,and the duration of angina was shorter than before the treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group 5.88%(2/34)was not significantly different from the control group 8.82%(3/34)(P>0.05).Conclusion The addition of fluorovastatin on the basis of bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of the elderly UAP can improve the efficacy,reduce the frequency of angina attacks,shorten the duration,and do not increase adverse reactions.
