基于GoPubMed对肿瘤护理的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤护理研究现状及研究趋势,为进一步开展相关研究提供借鉴。方法利用GoPubMed检索工具,检索建库至2018年12月31日PubMed数据库收录的肿瘤护理相关研究文献,并对文献发表的时间、地域、期刊分布及高产作者等项目进行统计分析。结果获得符合本研究的文献18987篇,发文量逐年增长,在2008-2016年呈平稳趋势。发文量最多的国家为美国5866篇(30.8%),而发文量较大的地区和城市,则集中在北美和欧洲等西方发达国家。发文量较大的期刊,主要集中在欧、美国家出版的期刊上。形成以Tajima K为代表的作者合作网络。结论采用GoPubMed检索到的肿瘤护理相关研究文献,能较好反映肿瘤护理研究的现状和发展趋势,为今后的肿瘤护理研究者提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the current research status and research trends of tumor nursing,and to provide references for further research.Methods The GoPubMed retrieval tool was used to search the tumor nursing related literatures in the PubMed database from the day database built up to December 31,2018,and analysis of distribution of the publication time,region,periodical,and high-yield authors were statistically performed.Results There were 18987 articles conforming to this study.The number of publications increased year by year and showed a steady trend from 2008 to 2016.The countries with the largest number of publications were the United States with 5,866(30.8%),while the regions or cities with the most publications were concentrated in Western developed countries such as North America and Europe.Periodicals with a large number of publications are mainly concentrated in journals published in European and American countries.And a network of author collaborations represented by Tajima K was formed.Conclusion The research literatures related to tumor nursing retrieved by GoPubMed can reflect the current status and development trend of tumor nursing,and provide reference for future tumor nursing research.
