摘　　要：针对热风试验装置釜体热应力和升降温效率之间矛盾,根据电热风传导传热特性,将热风加热装置的温度测控系统划分为釜内和釜壁2个控制回路独立、执行回路关联的双回路温控系统,采用釜内与釜壁遥控跟踪的控制方式,实现釜壁温度自动校正,使釜体应力保护在限定温度范围。在保证釜体安全的前提下,系统自动根据釜内试验目标温度,调节加热电源功率调整装置的输出功率,以最快速度按照试验要求对釜内试验介质温度进行精确控制,完成热风加热的高温高压试验。In view of the contradiction between the thermal stress and the temperature rise and fall efficiency of the hot air test device,according to the characteristics of electric hot air conduction and heat transfer,the temperature control system of the hot air heating device is divided into two loop temperature control systems,which are independent control loops in the kettle and the kettle wall and are associated with the executive loop.The control mode of remote control and tracking in the kettle and the kettle wall is adopted to realize the automatic temperature correction of the kettle wall,so that the kettle body should be the force protection is in the limited temperature range.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the kettle body,the system automatically adjusts the output power of the heating power supply power adjustment device according to the target temperature of the kettle test,accurately controls the temperature of the test medium in the kettle at the fastest speed according to the test requirements,and completes the high temperature and high pressure test of hot air heating.
