从李东垣消渴方剂探讨阴火学说对消渴治疗启示

摘　　要："阴火"致病理论是李东垣提出并运用于临床阐释病机、诊治疾病、遣方用药的重要学说。李东垣重视脾胃与元气,依据"阴火致消"独创升阳散火法及特色组方用药对消渴治疗的影响一直持续至今,对糖尿病及其并发症防治意义深远。本文从李东垣治疗消渴方剂入手,就阴火理论对消渴的治疗思路进行剖析,并通过对消渴病机的梳理,探讨脾胃与气、火及他脏之间的密切关系,进而为临床治疗提供一些借鉴与诊治方法。The theory of"yin fire"is an important theoretical theory put forward by Li Dongyuan and used in clinical interpretation of pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,prescribing and medication in diseases.Li Dongyuan emphasizes spleen,stomach and primordial qi.According to yin fire,he creates the original Shengyang Sanhuo method and special prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes,which has created impact till now,with far-reaching significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications.This article analyzed the treatment ideas from the prescription of yin fire from Li Dongyuan’s treatment of diabetes,also discussed the close relationship between the spleen and stomach and qi,fire and other organs through combing the pathogenesis of diabetes,with the purpose to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.
