摘　　要：芒针透刺疗法为治疗伤科筋骨病常用疗法,经江苏省名中医邵铭熙教授发扬光大,临床疗效显著。本文将邵老运用芒针治疗的相关经验总结为邵氏"芒针心法",具体归纳为"巧用芒针""针推并举""针药结合"三方面,并附典型医案予以佐证。Elongated needle therapy is a common characteristic technique when treating orthopedics disease,and this technique has been carried forward for years by famous TCM Professor SHAO Mingxi in Jiangsu Province,which has achieved significant clinical efficacy.This article concluded Professor SHAO’s experience in using elongated needle therapy as"Shao’s elongated needle core method",which could be specifically summarized into three aspects:"flexible use of elongated needle","acupuncture combined with Tuina","combination of acupuncture with Chinese materia medica".One classical case was put in an in-depth analysis on"Shao’s elongated needle core method".
