摘　　要：血管重构与高血压密切相关,是高血压的主要病理特征,存在于高血压的发生发展及预后整个过程,是研究高血压发病机制的首选指标。本文通过分析相关文献,对中医药改善血管重构相关研究作一综述,以期为高血压血管重构的治疗及研究提供依据。Vascular remodeling is closely related to hypertension.It is the main pathological feature of hypertension,which exists in the whole process of occurrence,development and prognosis of hypertension.It is the first index for studying the pathogenesis of hypertension.Through analyzing relevant literature,this article reviewed the related researches on TCM to improve vascular remodeling,in order to provide a basis for the treatment and research of vascular remodeling for hypertension.
