摘 要:利用Li2CO3-锂钡掺杂氧化碳酸盐作为敏感电极材料,构建YSZ固体电解质CO2电化学传感器,并借助于扫描电镜、XRD、CO2响应测试,详细研究了敏感电极结构对传感器性能的影响。结果表明,将Li2CO3-锂钡掺杂氧化碳酸盐混合物直接涂覆于YSZ固体电解质表面所制作的传感器响应电动势平稳,性能最好。该传感器具有较低的氧含量依赖特性,在氧含量分别为20%(空气中)、10%、2%、0.2%时均具有较好的CO2响应;并且在待测体系中引入10%水蒸汽后,其响应性能也未受到明显影响。The CO2 sensor having Li2CO3-Li and Ba co-doped oxycarbonate as its sensitive electrode and YSZ as its electrolyte was designed,and the influence of sensing electrode structure on its characteristics was studied by the means of SEM,XRD and CO2 response detection.The results indicate that the potentiometric sensor with the mixture of Li2CO3 and oxycarbonate directly coating on the YSZ surface respond best.It exhibites correct and rapid response with different oxygen contents(air,10%,2%,0.2%),which evidences the relatively low oxygen dependency of the sensor.Moreover,after 10%water vapor is introduced into the system to be tested,its response performance is not significantly affected.
