摘 要:固井水泥环的体积稳定性是影响固井界面胶结质量的关键因素之一。围绕固井水泥环体积稳定性测试存在的诸多问题,在梳理对比目前国内外相关评价方法的基础上,利用比长仪法和高温高压体积测试法等,对川渝地区在用三种典型特种水泥体系韧性防窜、大温差柔性、自愈合等在不同条件下的体积稳定性进行了探索。结果表明,三种不同的水泥浆体系的水泥石线性体积稳定性表现为收缩,随着温度的增加,水泥石的收缩量逐渐减小;高温高压条件下,随温度的增加,三种水泥浆体系均从体积收缩逐渐过渡到体积膨胀;随压力的增加,三种水泥浆体系均表现为收缩趋势,韧性防窜的变化范围最小,自愈合呈现间断变化,大温差柔性的变化量的范围最大。评价结果为水泥石改性研究和特种水泥浆体系评价提供了一个统一的对比平台,为保障川渝气田气井固井质量提供了参考。Stability of cement sheath volume is one of the key factors affecting cementing interface bonding quality.Focusing on the problems existing in the test of volume stability of cement sheath,the volume stability of three typical special cementing slurry systems used in Sichuan and Chongqing area under different conditions,such as resilient channeling prevention system,large temperature difference flexible system and self-healing system,are studied by comparing the evaluation methods at home and abroad,the specific length method and high temperature and high pressure volume test method used.The results show that the linear volume stability of cement sheath in three different cement slurry systems shrinks,and the shrinkage of cement sheath decreases with the increase of temperature.Under high temperature and high pressure,with the increase of temperature,the volume shrinkage gradually transits to volume expansion for the three cement slurry systems.With the increase of pressure,using the three cement slurry systems show shrinkage trend and toughness.The range of anti-channeling system is the smallest,the range of self-healing system is discontinuous,and the range of large temperature difference flexible system is the largest.High temperature and high pressure volume test method provides a unified comparative platform for the study of cement stone modification and the evaluation of special cement slurry system,and provides a reference for guaranteeing the cementing quality in gas wells in Sichuan-Chongqing gas fields.
