摘　　要：页岩气井斜井段液相滑脱严重、工具下入难、施工风险高等问题,给柱塞举升工艺实施带来了困难,也影响了柱塞举升效率,为解决斜井段液相滑脱严重,井筒容易积液等问题,通过采用新型柱塞卡定器、预置柱塞工作筒降低了施工作业风险,增加了柱塞运行深度,提高了柱塞举升效率;通过优化通井工具串长度及类型,使柱塞卡定器能够接近井斜角70°位置坐放,更加适应产水量较小的页岩气井,延长了柱塞工艺有效期,扩展了柱塞工艺的应用范围;创新采用回声探测辅助工艺制度优化,提高了柱塞举升工艺应用效果。在长宁X2等页岩气井中的应用表明,柱塞举升工艺能够使气井连续稳定生产,降低了气井递减率,具备现场推广应用价值。This paper introduces a new method for application of the plunger lifting technology in shale gas horizontal wells.For shale gas wells,plunger lift is challenged by the difficulties likedifficult tool tripping in,and high operation risks due to the liquid phase slippage in highly deviated borehole.At the same time it also affects the plunger lifting efficiency.To solve the problems,Improve the efficiency of horizontal well plunger lifting,keep gas well production stable and increase gas production,a new plunger limiter and preset plunger cylinder are used.By optimizing the length and type of the work string,the plunger locker can be set at the well angle close to 70°,more suitable for shale gas wells with less water production,prolongingthe effective period of the plunger process and expanding the application range of the plunger process.An anxiliary echo detection process optimization is used to improve the application of the plunger lifting process.Its applications in horizontal shale gas well XhanglingX2 and other shale gas horizontal wells show that it makes gas well production more stable,also slows down the gas well production decrease,and it is worth on-site promotion and application.
