摘 要:基于惰性气氛下,采用伽马射线对脱胶蚕丝和聚丙烯腈(PAN)辐照处理,制备了一种蚕丝基凝胶电解质(SB-GPE)。并用傅里叶红外光谱和X射线衍射分析SB-GPE结构特征,研究了不同配比对PAN与蚕丝对SB-GPE的溶胀性能、导电性能及抗冻性能的变化。结果表明:PAN和脱胶蚕丝通过辐照交联形成了新的化学结构,当PAN与蚕丝的质量比为1∶1时,电化学双层电容器的溶胀比达到最高44,电导率2.1×10^-3 S/cm,抗冻性能优异。该研究可拓宽电化学双层电容器应用领域和范围,因而具有重要的意义。A type of silk-based gel electrolyte(SB-GPE)was prepared by gamma-ray treatment of degummed silk and polyacrylonitrile(PAN)which was under inert atmosphere.Structural features of SB-GPE were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The effect of different proportions of PAN and silk on swelling,conductivity and antifreeze properties of SB-GPE was examined.The results show that PAN and degummed silk form a new chemical structure by irradiation cross-linking.When the mass ratio of PAN to silk is 1∶1,the electrochemical double layer capacitor(EDLC)has a swelling ratio of up to 44,an electrical conductivity at 2.1×10^-3 S/cm,and excellent antifreeze performance.This research has significant importance for broadening the field and scope of application of EDLC.
