摘 要:为研究日粮中添加不同金霉素预混剂产品对断奶仔猪生长性能和血浆中金霉素浓度变化的影响,试验选择450头21日龄杜×长×大[(6.51±0.11)kg]断奶仔猪,根据性别和体重相近的原则,随机分为3个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复25头猪,分别在基础日粮中添加10%金霉素预混剂、25%金霉素预混剂和10%微囊金霉素预混剂,所有处理组金霉素添加量均为75 mg/kg,正式试验期为14 d。结果表明:相较于10%和25%金霉素预混剂组,10%微囊金霉素预混剂组仔猪的平均日增重和日采食量均有提高,腹泻率降低,但差异未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。仔猪血药浓度结果表明,3个处理组均在饲喂后的6 h达到最大的血药浓度,且10%微囊金霉素组仔猪最大血药浓度显著高于10%普通金霉素组,24 h内,血药浓度的高低顺序均表现为:10%微囊金霉素组>25%金霉素组>10%金霉素组。本试验条件下,在相同的金霉素添加量下,10%的微囊金霉素能显著提高仔猪血液中金霉素浓度,对仔猪的生产性能有一定改善作用。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of different chlortetracycline(CTC)premixes on growth performance and plasma concentration of CTC in weaned piglets.A total of 450 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets[(6.51±0.11)kg]were randomly allocated to 3 dietary treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 25 pigs per replicate for a period of 14 days.The piglets in the 3 groups were feed on basal diet supplemented with 10%CTC premix,25%CTC premix and 10%microcapsule CTC premix,respectively.The addition of CTC in all treatments was 75 mg/kg.The results indicated that,compared with 10%and 25%CTC premix group,the average daily gain and daily feed intake of 10%microcapsule CTC premix group was increased,diarrhea rate was reduced,but not significantly different(P>0.05).All pigs in the three groups reached the maximum plasma concentration of CTC at the 6th hour after feeding,which from group fed with 10%microcapsule CTC premix was significantly higher than those fed basal diet with 10%CTC premix(P<0.05).The plasma concentration of CTC in 24 h decreased by the order of 10%microcapsule CTC group>25%CTC group>10%CTC group.In summary,with the same amount of CTC added,10%microcapsule CTC could significantly increase the concentration of CTC in the blood of piglets,and improve the production performance of piglets.
