摘  要:饲喂成本通常是养殖中最大的运营成本。过量投喂导致剩余,这不仅造成额外成本,而且还导致环境变差、加重养殖物以及机械过滤器、生物过滤器和设备的额外负荷。饲喂管理和饮食本身的设计一样重要,何时停止饲养对成功的饲喂管理非常重要。带转盘和洗涤器的定时控制自动给料机广泛应用于养殖行业,该设备可在没有其他控制的情况下在预设时间运行。本文开发了一种智能反馈控制系统,用红外光电传感器观察养殖物的聚集行为,并转换成数字信号。装有这种传感器和控制策略的投饵机能够根据养殖物的聚集行为停止投饵。控制策略包含六个用户可调的默认值参数。如果传感器连续三次(默认)检测不到采集行为,进料器将停止进料,直到下次被唤醒。Feeding cost is usually the biggest operating cost in breeding.Overfeeding results in surplus,which not only results in additional costs,but also leads to environmental degradation and increases the additional load on the culture and mechanical filters,biological filters and equipment.Feeding management is as important as diet design.Knowing when to stop feeding is very important for successful feeding management.Timing controlled automatic feeder with turntable and washer is widely used in aquaculture industry.The device is designed to run for a preset duration at a preset time without other controls.An intelligent feedback control system is developed.Infrared photoelectric sensors are used to observe the aggregation behavior of the culture and convert it into digital signals.The feeding machine equipped with the sensor and the control strategy can stop feeding according to the aggregation behavior of the culture.The control policy contains six user-adjustable default value parameters.If the sensor does not detect the acquisition behavior for three consecutive times(default),the feeder will stop feeding until it is awakened next time.
