摘  要:库车山前储层具有埋藏深、温度高、压力高的特点,恶劣的井筒条件给试油完井带来了极大的挑战。近年来,由于地质工程及地表条件的限制,一批超深、大斜度井开始部署,大斜度井通井管柱、射孔管柱、测试管柱、完井管柱受井斜限制,与常规直井相比井筒条件更加复杂。同时,大斜度井压裂时存在弯曲摩阻大,施工压力高等难点。文章从上述难点出发,介绍了目前库车山前首口大斜度井试油完井工艺及其配套技术,通过施工表明配套工艺能够满足大斜度井试油完井、提产的需要,为后期库车山前大斜度井的试油完井技术提供了有利的技术支撑。The reservoir in the Kuqa piedmont has the characteristics of deep buried,high temperature and high pressure.The harsh wellbore conditions have brought great challenges to the completion of oil trial.In recent years,due to the limitations of geological engineering and surface conditions,a number of ultra-deep and highly-deviated wells have begun to be deployed.The pipe column,perforated pipe column,test pipe column and the completed pipe column of the highly-deviated wells are limited by the well slope,and the well conditions are more complicated than the conventional vertical wells.At the same time,there are great bending resistance and high construction pressure difficulties during highly-deviated well fracturing operations.Based on the difficulties mentioned above,this paper introduces the completion technology of the first highly-deviated well testing in Kuqa piedmont and its supporting technology.It provides favorable technical support for the oil completion technology of highly-deviated wells in Kuqa piedmont in the later period.
