摘 要:目前在深井超深井钻井施工中,采用重晶石加重的高密度钻井液普遍存在沉降稳定性差、固相含量高、流变性难以调控等技术难题,限制了深层油气资源的钻探开发。针对上述技术难题,选取废铁屑作为原材料,采用超微粉碎与表面化学改性工艺,制备了新型高密度钻井液加重剂。其具有良好的钻井液配伍性,密度大于6.5 g/cm^3,粒径D 90小于30μm,酸溶率高达94.5%,酸化解堵性能良好。以新型高密度加重剂作为加重材料,构建了综合性能良好的高密度水基钻井液体系。评价结果表明,高密度钻井液(密度2.3~3.0 g/cm^3)的流变性能、抑制性能及润滑性能良好,抗温能力达180℃,高温高压滤失量小于10 mL,固相含量较低,48 h上下密度差小于0.08 g/cm^3,沉降稳定性良好。新研制的高密度加重剂成功应用于四川元陆175井的三开钻井作业,结果表明高密度钻井液具有良好的流变、滤失与高温稳定性能,满足了现场钻井作业要求,具有较好的现场推广应用前景。To solve the problems of high settling rate and uneven mud density in the high-density drilling fluid weighted by conventional weighting agents(such as Barite),novel ultra-high density micro-powder weighting additive was produced by ultra-fine grinding and surface-modification technologies.Its density exceeds 6.5g/cm^3 and the size of D90 is less than 30μm,besides that its acidifying rate is up to 94.5%,what’s more,its particle is very nearly spherical inshape and it has good dispersion ability,suspension ability and compatibility in drilling fluid.Based on lab researches,high density drilling fluid(M.W 2.3-3.0 g/cm^3)weighed by this new weighting agent has many advantages,including high temperature resistance at 180℃,low HTHP filtration loss below 10mL,wonderful rheological properties,settling stability and lubricity,so it can completely comply with the requirements of deep wells drilling.This new weighting agent and drilling fluid system was successfully applied in the third intervals drilling of Well Yuanlu-175.The high-density drilling fluids exhibited premium rheological and settling performance with the HTHP filtration less than 10mL,which could meet the demand of deep well drilling.The novel weighting agent was alternative to conventional weighting materials in high-density water-based drilling fluids.
