摘  要:2018年档案机构改革后各地将档案机构划归办公厅(室)系统,旨在加强档案治理体系与治理能力建设。由于文书与档案之间的有机联系性,基于办公厅(室)平台上的档案工作与文书工作需要进一步加强协同联动。为此,应当在思维、主体、规则和资源上达成真正的协同,以"人""组织行为""信息资源"等管理要素为核心,建立起档案工作与文书工作的协同机制,从而实现1+1>2的协同效益。After the reform of archives institutions in 2018,archival administration institutions have been placed under the office system.This move aims to strengthen the archival governance and optimize the archives management systems.Since the relationships between documents and archives are based on archival work and documentary work on general office platform,they,therefore,should be more well-coordinated.In other words,aproductive collaboration between thoughts,subjects,regulations and resources should be achieved in order to realize the result of "1+1>2".For this purpose,we should take into account of some core management elements,such as "human" "organizational behavior"and "information resources",as well as establishing a coordinating mechanism between archival work and paperwork.
