摘 要:【目的】旨在研究不同饲粮纤维水平对DLY(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)生长育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率和血清理化指标的影响。【方法】试验选用54头体重为30 kg(±2.0 kg)的DLY猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头,各组分别饲喂饲粮纤维为3.5%、5.5%和7.5%的试验饲粮。【结果】3.5%纤维水平日粮组的DLY生长猪平均日增重显著高于5.5%与7.5%日粮组(P<0.05)。生长阶段,3.5%日粮组DLY生长猪的日采食量极显著高于5.5%和7.5%组(P<0.01),5.5%与7.5%组间料重比差异显著(P<0.05)。育肥阶段,7.5%纤维水平DLY育肥猪的平均日增重显著低于3.5%和5.5%日粮组(P<0.05),5.5%纤维水平日粮组采食量和料重比显著或极显著高于其余2组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。DLY育肥猪3.5%纤维水平日粮组的养分消化率最高,7.5%日粮组最低,各组间粗蛋白(Crude protein, CP)差异极显著(P<0.01)。7.5%日粮组的总蛋白(Total blood volume, TP)和白蛋白(Albumin x-protein ricim, ALB)在生长育肥阶段均最低。【结论】生长阶段,3.5%纤维水平适宜DLY猪生长;育肥阶段,可适当提高纤维水平到5.5%。【Objective】The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different dietary fiber(DF)levels on growth performance,nutri-ent digestibility and serum physico-chemical parameters of DLY growing and finishing pigs.【Method】Fifty-four DLY growing fattening pigs weighing 30 kg(±2.0 kg)were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group with 6 replicates.The DF fed 3.5%,5.5%and 7.5%of the experimental diets.【Result】The average daily gain of DLY growing pigs in 3.5%fiber level diet group was significantly higher than 5.5%and 7.5%diet group(P<0.05).At the growth stage,daily feed intake of DLY growing pigs in 3.5%diet group was significantly higher than 5.5%and 7.5%(P<0.01),and the material weight ratio of 5.5%and 7.5%group was significantly different(P<0.05).At the fattening stage,the average daily gain of DLY finishing pigs at 7.5%fiber level was significantly lower than that of 3.5%and 5.5%ration diets(P<0.05),while the 5.5%fiber level diet group had significant or very significant high-er than the other two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).The DLY fattening pigs had the highest nutrient digestibility in the 3.5%fiber diet group,the lowest in the 7.5%diet group,and the CP difference among the groups was extremely significant(P<0.01).TP and ALB in the 7.5%diet group were the lowest in the growth and fattening stages.【Conclusion】At the growth stage,3.5%fiber level was suitable for DLY pig growth,and at the fattening stage,fiber level 5.5%was better.
