摘　　要：目的探讨建立静脉输液治疗团队对于提高输液护理质量和医生、患者满意度的效果。方法成立由多学科组成的医院静脉输液治疗团队、确定静脉治疗质量重点监控指标、制订多学科合作制度、实施多学科合作管理。结果团队成立后静脉输液通路选择正确率提高、输液相关并发症发生率下降、医生对输液护理中医护配合、专业知识、应急能力满意度,患者对护理人员穿刺技术、专业知识、沟通交流、舒适体验等满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论建立静脉输液治疗团队提高了静脉通路选择正确率、静脉输液护理质量、医生和患者对输液护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of intravenous infusion team in improving nursing quality and doctors and patients satisfaction.Methods To establish a multidisciplinary team of intravenous infusion,determine the key monitoring indicators,formulate a multidisciplinary cooperation and management system.Results After establishing intravenous infusion team,the indexes had statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05),including the correct rate of venous access selection,the incidence of infusion related complications,the degree of doctors'cooperation,professional knowledge and emergency ability,patients'satisfaction with nurses'puncture skill professional knowledge,communication and comfortable experience.Conclusion The establishment of intravenous infusion team improves the correct rate of venous access selection,the quality of intravenous infusion nursing,and doctors and patients satisfaction with infusion nursing.
