肾内科医护人员对社区血液透析态度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查四川省二级甲等及以上医院肾内科医护人员对开展社区血液透析的态度及其影响因素,为针对性地提高肾内科医护人员对社区血液透析态度的认识提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷和自行设计的社区开展血液透析态度调查表对四川省18所二级甲等及以上医院肾内科526名医护人员进行调查。结果肾内科医护人员对社区开展血液透析态度总分为(8.30±2.05)分,医院等级和职称是肾内科医护人员社区血液透析态度的影响因素。结论四川省二级及以上医院肾内科医护人员对社区血液透析的态度处于中等水平,有待进一步提高,亟需采取针对性的措施,提高肾内科医护人员对社区血液透析态度的认识,加大肾内科医护人员的培养力度,保证患者治疗安全。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of medical staff's attitude to community hemodialysis in the nephrology department of secondary and above hospitals in Sichuan province,and to provide reference for improving the understanding of medical staff's attitude to community hemodialysis.Methods General information questionnaire and self-designed community survey on hemodialysis attitude were used to investigate 526 medical staff in the department of nephrology of 18 secondary and above hospitals in Sichuan province.Results The score of medical staff's attitude to community hemodialysis was(8.30±2.05),which the influencing factors were hospital type degree and professional title.Conclusion The attitude of medical staff in department of nephrology towards community hemodialysis is the medical degree and need to be further improved.It is urgent to take targeted measures to improve medical staff's awareness of community hemodialysis,and strengthen their training of medical staff in nephrology department to ensure the treatment safety.
