方舱医院药事管理与药学服务模式探讨

摘　　要：武汉作为新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)疫情的重灾区,确诊病例数持续增加,医院收治患者达到饱和。为此,2020年2月2日,武汉市迅速启动“方舱医院”建设,专项收治确诊轻症患者。方舱医院收治患者数量众多,其中不乏合并慢性疾病患者,原有疾病叠加NCP后,用药复杂性大大增加,药学保障和用药干预亟待解决。该文主要探讨在方舱医院药师配备缺乏的情况下,如何加强药事管理、提升药学服务,统筹衔接和确保用药安全合理。In Wuhan,the hardest hit area of the epidemic novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP),the number of confirmed cases continues to increase,and the number of people admitted to hospitals has reached saturation.To this end,on February 2,2020,Wuhan quickly launched the construction of a“square cabin hospital”to specifically treat patients with mild illness.There are a large number of patients in the square cabin hospital,among which there are many patients with chronic diseases when the original diseases are superimposed by with NCP resulting in a great increase in the complexity of drug use,pharmaceutical security and drug intervention need to be solved urgently.This paper mainly discusses how to guarantee the drug supply and ensure the safety and reasonableness of drug use in the situation of lack of pharmacists in square cabin hospital.
