腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者肌瘤残留复发及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的效果。方法回顾2015年1月至2018年2月广东省惠州市第三人民医院妇科收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者,根据手术途径分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例,对患者进行术后1年的随访,统计肌瘤残留复发情况及患者妊娠率。结果实验组肌瘤残留率、复发率分别为0.00%、2.22%,明显低于对照组11.11%、15.56%的残留率及复发率(P<0.05);1年内实验组妊娠率为57.78%,显著高于对照组31.11%的妊娠率(P<0.05);实验组手术时间与住院费用均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疾病,可取得较好的治疗效果,且随访患者术后肌瘤残留复发率低、妊娠率高。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods The data of 90 patients with uterine fibroids hospitalized in the department of gynecology,Huizhou Third People's Hospital from January 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed in this study.patients were divided into the experimental group(which received laparoscopic myomectomy,n=45)and control group(which received open surgery,n=45)according to surgical approach,all patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery,and the residual recurrence of myoma and the pregnancy rate of the patients were counted.Results The residual rate and the recurrence rate of fibroids in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(0.00%vs 11.11%,2.22%vs 15.56%,both P<0.05).The pregnancy rate within 1 year of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(57.78%vs 31.11%,P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization cost of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy had low recurrence rate and high pregnancy rate,which can achieve better therapeutic effect.
