农户禀赋、风险认知与农村集体土地流转效益评价——基于广州市的证据

摘　　要：农户对农村集体土地流转效益满意度评价,影响到农村集体土地流转市场的发育。本研究基于社会学理论,结合广州市的实际调查,通过构建MLogit模型,考察农户禀赋、风险认知对农村集体土地流转效益满意度的影响。研究表明:农户个体禀赋、家庭禀赋及土地经营禀赋显著影响农户对农村集体土地流转效益满意度的评价,存在禀赋异质性现象;农户风险认知程度也同样有显著影响,农户的风险认知越明确,其满意度评价也越低。研究建议:促进农村土地流转市场发育,应厘清不同农户禀赋异质性,有针对性地引导农户进行农村集体土地流转;规范农村集体土地流转中的政府行为,理清农村集体土地流转过程中各类隐性风险,建立严格的风险监管机制,完善农村集体土地流转利益分配机制。Farmer satisfaction with the benefits of rural collective land transfer affects the development of the rural collective land transfer market.This study,based on sociological theory,uses interview data from 674 participants in Guangzhou and the MLogit model to examine the impact of farmers'endowments and risk perception on their satisfaction with rural collective land circulation benefits.The research shows that,first,the individual endowment,family endowment,and land management endowment of farmers significantly affect their satisfaction with rural collective land transfer benefits,and endowment heterogeneity is observed.Second,farmers’risk perception significantly affects their satisfaction with the benefits of rural collective land transfer;the clearer their risk perception,the lower their satisfaction.The following suggestions are proposed.(1)To promote the development of rural land circulation markets,we should clarify the heterogeneity of farmers'endowments and induce farmers to conduct rural collective land circulation in a targeted way.(2)We should standardize government behavior in rural collective land circulation,clarify all types of hidden risk throughout the process of rural collective land circulation,establish a strict risk supervision mechanism,and improve the benefit distribution mechanism of rural collective land circulation.
