摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)属于中医“瘟疫”范畴。遵循中医疫病学的认识方法,根据武汉本年度的物候学特点,归纳一线临床医师搜集的52例确诊病例中医四诊信息和证治经验,我们认为本病诱因是气交失常,人群普遍易感于从口鼻而入的秽戾之邪,核心病机为“湿、热、毒、瘀、虚”,“湿毒”特征的疫疠之气侵袭肺脾,继而存在着湿热性温病的正局与变局传变。中医治疗宜辨病与辨证结合,分期论治。以辟秽解毒为核心治则,应用升麻、当归的基础上,分消走泄,宣畅气机,化瘀通络贯穿始终。A novel coronavirus pneumonia belongs to the category of Wen Yi(pestilence)in Chinese medicine.According to the method of TCM epidemiology and the characteristics of Wuhan's phenology this year,we summarized the four diagnosis information and the experience of syndrome treatment of 52 confirmed cases collected by the first-line clinicians.We believe that this disease is induced by the disorder of yin qi and yang qi exchange,and the people are generally susceptible to the pathogens of filth from the mouth and nose;the core pathogenesis is dampness,heat,toxin,stasis,and deficiency,and dampness toxin invades the lung and spleen,which leads to development of zheng ju(the common syndrome of dampness pathogenic disease,mainly spleen-stomach qi aspect syndrome)and bian ju(viscera or nutrient blood aspect lesions caused by dampness-heat diseases).The treatment of TCM should be based on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Repelling foulness and removing toxin is the core treating principle,and with sheng ma(Cimicifugae Rhizoma)and dang gui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),the whole treating course includes separating elimination from upper and lower,ventilating qi movement,removing stasis and dredging collaterals.
