摘 要:转炉铜锍吹炼是个自热过程,温度过高、过低对炉龄、单炉产量及产品质量控制有至关重要的影响。通过对大型转炉铜锍吹炼过程造渣和造铜阶段的温度统计,结合现场实际炉况表现,总结得出温度控制对铜锍吹炼的影响及温度控制的具体措施。实验结果表明:造渣初期、中期及末期温度温度分别控制在1110~1160℃、1150~1210℃和1195~1260℃时,造渣效果最佳;造铜前期和末期温度控制在1160~1210℃和1180~1200℃时,造铜效果最好。同时为转炉铜锍吹炼更好的利用自身余热增加冷料处理量、保护炉衬及确保渣型提高粗铜质量提供借鉴意义。Converter copper-sulfur blowing is a self-heating process.Temperature control is essential for entire smelting process,either over temperature or low temperature will have a tremendous influence on furnace age and single furnace production and product quality.Based on the actual furnace performance and the temperature statistics of slagging and smelting copper during the large-scale converter copper-sulfur blowing,the result shows the effects and measures of temperature control during smelting.The result show that the slagging reaction effect is the best when the initial,middle and final temperature of slagging is controlled at 1100~1160℃,1150~1210℃and 1195~1260℃,respectively,and the copper reaction effect is the best when the initial and final temperature of slagging is controlled at 1160~1210℃and 1180~1200℃.It also provides reference significeance for converter copper-sulfur blowing to make better utilize its own residual heat to increase the cold material treatment capacity,protect the furnace lining and ensure the slag type to improve the quality of crude copper.
