摘  要:将双组分聚硫密封胶(HM108B)涂覆于聚氨酯薄膜表面,制成复合薄膜样片,将样片置于80℃烘箱中45 d。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和力学性能测试研究了聚硫密封胶分子迁移对聚氨酯薄膜的结构和性能的影响。结果表明:与未涂覆HM108B的样片相比,涂覆HM108B的样片热老化后颜色更深,拉伸强度降低程度更大;红外测试显示HM108B中小分子向聚氨酯薄膜中迁移,导致薄膜性能下降更明显。The two-component polysulfide sealant(HM108B)was coated on the surface of the polyurethane film to prepare the composite film specimen,and the specimen was placed in the oven at 80℃for 45 d.The influence of the molecular migration of polysulfide sealant on the structure and performance of the polyurethane film was investigated by using the Fourier transform infrared spectrum and the mechanical performance testing.The results show that compared with the specimens without coated HM108B,the specimens coated HM108B has darker color after heat aging,and the reduction degree of the tensile strength is greater.The infrared testing shows that the small molecules in HM108B migrated into the polyurethane film,which resulted in the significant decrease of the film performance.
