摘 要:以装配式建筑在施工阶段的绿色度为评价对象,结合《绿色建筑评价标准》和《建筑工程绿色施工评价标准》构建符合装配式建筑在施工阶段的绿色评价指标体系。使用主观权重赋权法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法相结合的方法建立绿色度评价模型,指导装配式建筑的绿色施工。研究结果表明:在装配式建筑施工中,在注重环境保护和节约资源的同时,重点关注施工现场管理和运营管理,能够增加装配式建筑施工阶段的绿色度。Taking the green degree of the prefabricated building in the construction stage as the evaluation object,combined with the“Green Building Evaluation Standard”and“Construction Engineering Green Construction Evaluation Standard”,the green evaluation index system conforming to the prefabricated construction stage was constructed.A green degree evaluation model to guide the green construction of the prefabricated building was established by the combination of the subjective weighting method(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The research results show that in the construction process,while focusing on environmental protection and resource conservation,focusing on construction site managemen t and operation management can increase the green degree of the prefabricated building during the construction phase.
