摘　　要：随着信息化技术的不断发展,企业内部文档在线管理的需求日益突出。基于BS架构,该项研究提出了一种使用Spring MVC框架的在线文档管理系统设计方案。该系统可实现文件的上传、下载、删除、复制、移动、重命名以及文件夹整体上传和下载等操作,并支持word、PPT、excel、PDF等常见类型文档的在线预览及全文检索功能。此外,该项研究提出了一种文件快速检索定位算法,可实现多条件文件检索。由于该系统在企业内部网络部署中具有使用安全、方便的特点,故具有一定的应用价值。With the continuous development of information technology,the demand for online document management in enterprises is increasingly prominent.Based on BS framework using Spring MVC framework,design and implementation of an online document management system was proposed.The system can upload,download,delete,copy,move,rename directories and files,upload folders and download as a whole.It also supports on-line preview and full-text retrieval of common types of documents such as word,PPT,excel and PDF.In addition,a fast location algorithm for document retrievalwas proposed,which can realize multi-condition document retrieval.The system has certain application value because of its characteristics of security and conveniencein the internal network of enterprises.
