摘　　要：微波印制板生产制造过程中产品数据是关键管控因素,数据处理和信息管理平台是印制板智能化生产制造应具备的必要条件。因此在整个印制板制造流程中,实施CAM设计科学的信息化管理及流程再造,是实现印制板加工智能化的重要手段。Product data is the key control factor of microwave PCB manufacturing data processing and information management platform which is necessary to intelligent manufacturing.In the whole PCB manufacturing flow,implementing CAM design MIS and flow rebuilt are the important method in PCB intelligent manufacturing.
