摘  要:为满足12 kV及以下交直流高压电器短路通断能力测试要求,本文设计并实现了一套试验控制系统。本系统由UPS电源柜、直流屏、控制台、控制柜、远程I/O箱、阀岛控制柜、数据采集柜组成,包含逻辑控制和时序控制两条网络。逻辑控制网络采用光纤环网结构,实现就地/远程实时、准确的监控,满足安全联锁要求,确保了设备及人身安全;时序控制网络中控制器与现场设备采用光纤连接,时间控制精度高、安全性高。本系统满足试验室集中控制和监视的要求。In order to meet the test requirements of short-circuit on-off ability of 12 kV and below AC/DC high voltage electrical apparatus at 12 kV or below,a test control system for the test is was designed and implemented in this paper.The system consists of UPS power supply,DC panel,console,control cabinet,remote I/O box,valve island control cabinet and data acquisition cabinet.They are devided into two networks such as including the logical control network and the timing control one two networks.The logic control network adopts optical fiber ring network structure,and realizes accurate real-time and accurate local/remote monitoring,which can meets the requirements of security interlocking,and ensure the safety of equipment and people personal.The controller in of the timing control network is connected with field equipment by optical fiber,and which has high time control accuracy and security.The system can realize meets the requirements of centralized control and monitoring in laboratory.
