摘  要:堆式锌银电池是由若干单元件和正、负极极片叠加组合而成,结构紧凑,体积比能量高。本文对堆式锌银电池放电故障进行分析,经过试验观察验证,归纳出几种常见原因:单元件局部电解液缺失、电池内部正负极短路、电池单元件之间串液、单元件之间极间距未满足要求等。这些现象的起因是电池因工艺不合格或操作工艺不成熟。The stacked zinc-silver battery,with compact structure and high specific energy,is composed of a certain number of cells containing electrodes etc positive and negative.The discharge failure is analyzed and the causes of it are summed up through the experiment observation.Four causes are listed,such as partly missing of the electrolyte,short current through the positive and negative eletrodes inside the battery,the leakage of the electrolyte between two cells of the battery,the insufficiency of the electrode plate spacing.Finally,it is concluded that the faults are caused by the poor manufacturing processes.
