摘 要:目的 探讨中国民航飞行学院招飞体检人群中斜视与屈光不正的关系.方法 回顾性分析2018年1 1月~2019年3月我校招飞体检中斜视的检出情况,按照双眼裸眼远视力的不同分为正视眼组、单眼屈光不正组和双眼屈光不正组,比较不同组别的斜视情况;再根据是否戴镜矫正分为屈光不正戴镜矫正组和屈光不正未矫正组,并比较不同组别的斜视情况.结果 检出斜视者193例,包括显性斜视和隐性斜视,其中正视眼组41例(21.24%),单眼屈光不正组58例(30.05%),双眼屈光不正组94例(48.70%).双眼屈光不正组与正视眼组的外显斜视率高于单眼屈光不正组,外隐斜视率低于单眼屈光不正组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).屈光不正戴镜矫正组80例(41.45%),屈光不正未矫正组72例(37.31%).屈光不正未矫正组的外显斜视率高于正视眼组和屈光不正戴镜矫正组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);屈光不正未矫正组的内隐斜率和上隐斜率均低于屈光不正戴镜矫正组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 我校招飞体检健康人群中斜视检出率主要以屈光不正者为主,其中未行戴镜矫正的屈光不正者斜视检出率较高,屈光不正应及时科学地进行矫正.Objective To explore the relationship between strabismus and ametropia in medical selection for healthy student pilots of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China.Methods The detection of strabismus in the physical examination of our school from November 2018 to March 2019 was analyzed retrospectively.According to the difference of naked eye far vision,strabismus was divided into three groups:emmetropia group,monocular ametropia group and binocular ametropia group.The strabismus in different groups were compared.According to whether or not to wear glasses for correction,the patients were divided into two groups:the group with glasses for correction and the group without glasses for correction.Results A total of 193 cases of strabismus were detected,including dominant strabismus and recessive strabismus,41 cases(21.24%)of emmetropia group with strabismus,58 cases(30.05%)of monocular ametropia group with strabismus,and 94 cases(48.70%)of binocular ametropia group with strabismus.The exotropia rate of binocular ametropia group and emmetropia group were higher than that of monocular ametropia group,and the exophoria rate were lower than that of monocular ametropia group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 80 cases(41.45%)in the ametropia correction group and 72 cases(37.31%)in the ametropia uncorrection group.The exotropia rate in the uncorrected ametropia group was higher than that in the emmetropia group and ametropia correction group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The implicit slope and upper implicit slope of the uncorrected group were lower than those of the correction ametropia group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The strabismus detection rate of the healthy people recruited by our university is mainly ametropia,among which the strabismus detection rate of those who have not been corrected by wearing glasses is higher.Ametropia should be corrected timely and scientifically.
