摘 要:目的 探讨思政教育在《神经病学》教学中的应用效果.方法 2017年9月~2019年6月随机选取大连大学医学院2015、2016级临床医学专业两个年级的学生作为研究对象,其中2015级的学生作为对照组(60人),2016级的学生作为实验组(60人).对照组采用传统教学法,具体课堂教学以幻灯讲解为主,实验组采用课程思政教学法.课程结束后采用问卷调查、考试成绩分析与同行专家评价3种方式进行评价.结果 问卷调查结果显示,85.00%的学生认为思政教育能够促进理论知识与临床应用相结合;90.00%的学生认为思政教育对提高学习动力有一定效果,能够激发学习兴趣;81.67%的学生认为思政教育能够提高学生临床思维能力;88.33%的学生认为思政教育能够提高知识记忆效率.实验组的阶段测验、期末考试与附加病例分析题成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).同行专家评价后表明,思政教育应用于《神经病学》教学是教学改革的一个新途径和新方法.结论 思政教育在《神经病学》教学中的应用具有良好的效果,提高了学生的学习兴趣.Objective To explore the application effect of ideological and political education in the teaching of Neurology.Methods From September 2017 to June 2019,students from the two grades of 2015 and 2016 in Medicine School of Dalian University were randomly selected as the research objects,of whom the students in grade 2015 were used as the control group(60 cases)and the students in grade 2016 were used as the experimental group(60 cases).The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the specific classroom teaching was mainly based on slideshows.The experimental group adopted the curriculum ideological and political teaching method.After the course,the questionnaire survey,test score analysis and peer expert evaluation were used to evaluate.Results The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 85.00%of students thought that ideological and political education could promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical application,90.00%of students believed that ideological and political education had a certain effect on improving learning motivation and could stimulate learning interest,81.67%of students reflected that ideological and political education could improve students′clinical thinking ability,and 88.33%of students reported that ideological and political education could improve the efficiency of knowledge and memory.The scores of the stage test,final exam and additional case analysis questions in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Peer experts believed that the application of curriculum ideological and political education in Neurology teaching would be a new way and new method in teaching reform.Conclusion The application of ideological and political education in the teaching of Neurology has a good teaching effect and improves students′interest in learning.
