摘  要:介绍了CSP薄板坯连铸连轧工艺中中包塞棒开口度控制机理,结合生产实际,分析了中包塞棒开口度上涨和下降变化量与浇注钢水钙铝比的对应关系,同时提出了中包钢水钙铝比控制在0.09~0.14,钙含量控制在10~22 ppm的技术标准。工艺优化后,有效减少了中包塞棒开口度变化导致的停浇事故,为CSP薄板坯连铸机生产工艺顺行和钙铝比控制提供了参考。This paper introduces the control mechanism of the opening degree of the tundish stopper in CSP thin slab continuous casting and rolling process.Combined with production practice,the corresponding relationship between the increasing and decreasing of the opening degree of the tundish stopper and the calcium aluminum ratio of the molten steel is analyzed.And the technical standard that the calcium aluminum ratio of the molten steel is controlled within 0.09~0.14 and the calcium content is controlled within 10~22 ppm has been put forward.After the process optimization,the stoppage accident caused by the change of the opening degree of the stopper bar is effectively reduced,which provides a reference for the smooth production and the control of Ca/Als ratio of CSP thin slab caster.
