摘　　要：针对热轧带钢生产过程中边部频繁出现的翘皮缺陷,结合生产工艺实践,对生产中出现的典型边部翘皮的外在形貌和形成原因进行了归类分析,总结出了板坯角部质量、加热炉工艺控制等与翘皮缺陷的对应关系,并提出了有效的控制措施。经生产验证,带钢边部翘皮缺陷得到有效控制。In view of the frequent edge warping in the production of hot rolled strip,combined with the production process practice,the external appearance and formation reasons of the typical edge warping in the production are classified and analyzed,and the corresponding relations between the corner quality of slab,the process control of heating furnace and the warping defects are summarized,and the effective control measures are put forward.Through the production verification,the edge warping defects of the strip are effectively controlled.
