摘 要:为进一步提升烧结技术经济指标,河钢宣钢通过铁矿粉基础性能检测试验,优选了烧结性能好的卡粉和纽曼粉替代FMG混合粉和澳粉。结合当地的铁矿粉市场资源优势,确定了3个可以实施的入烧方案,并进行了烧结杯试验和高炉生产实践。结果表明,与基准方案比,3个设计方案的烧结矿转鼓强度、返矿率等指标明显改善,其中方案3的入烧结构最优,其转鼓强度提高了0.13%,返矿率降低了0.25%,入炉焦比降低10 kg/t,利用系数提高了0.18 t/m^3·d。In order to further improve the technical and economic index of sintering,the card powder and Newman powder with good sintering performance replace the FMG mixed powder and Australian powder in Xuansteel,through the basic performance test of iron ore powder.Combined with the advantages of local iron ore powder market resources,three feasible burning schemes are determined,and the sintering cup test and blast furnace production practice are carried out.The results show that compared with the benchmark scheme,the drum strength and ore return rate of sinter in the three schemes are obviously improved.And thescheme 3 has the best firing structure,the drum strength is increased by 0.13%,the ore return rate is reduced by 0.25%,the coke ratio is reduced by 10 kg/t,and the utilization coefficient is increased by 0.18 t/m3·d.
