摘  要:利用高温硅钼熔滴炉,对河钢承钢3座2500 m3高炉的结构料进行了熔滴性能试验研究,认为在河钢承钢现有燃料条件下,高炉结构料熔滴性能总特征值在2000 kPa·℃以内时,可满足高炉的正常生产需求,同时应控制炉料的压差陡升温度≥1240℃、滴落温度在1420~1450℃,以保证软熔带处于合理位置,使高炉内冷却制度与热制度平衡,炉缸活跃,从而有利于高炉顺利出渣铁,保证高炉的正常冶炼。By using the high temperature silicon molybdenum drop furnace,the drop performance of three 2500 m3 BF in HBIS Chengsteel was studied.It is considered that the normal production demand of blast furnace can be met when the total characteristic value of droplet performance of blast furnace structural material is within 2000 kPa·℃under the existing fuel condition.At the same time,it is necessary to control the differential pressure rise temperature≥1240℃,the dropping temperature at 1420~1450℃,so as to ensure that the soft melting zone is in a reasonable position,so that the cooling and heat regime in the blast furnace is balanced,the hearth is active,which is conducive to the smooth discharge of iron slag and the normal smelting of the blast furnace.
