摘  要:目的比较研究型教学模式和传统教学模式在研究生选修课的授课效果.方法采用随机整群抽样选定实验组和对照组并授课卫生技术评估,实验组采用研究型授课而对照组采用传统授课模式,采用TOPSIS和专家咨询法构建评价指标,对实验组和对照组的教学效果进行评价.结果两组成绩的比较显示,实验组的成绩为(27.12±1.44)分,而对照组的成绩为(25.90±1.91)分,实验组的成绩明显高于对照组(P=0.000).实验组学生在六个指标的评价分数都要高于对照组.结论本研究表明研究型教学是一种适合研究生选修课(卫生技术评估)的授课方法.Objective To compare the teaching effects of research-oriented teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in elective courses of master students.Methods Randomized cluster sampling was used to select the trial group and the control group.The experimental group used the researchoriented teaching and the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The TOPSIS and expert consultation were used to construct the evaluation index.For the trial group and the control group,the teaching effect is evaluated.Results The comparison between the two groups showed that the scores of the trial group were(27.12±1.44),while those of the control group were(25.90±1.91).The scores of the trial group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P=0.000).The scores of the trial group in the six indicators were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion This study shows that research-oriented teaching is a teaching method suitable for master students in elective courses(health technology assessment).
