摘　　要：目的 探究甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)在孕期筛查中的临床价值.方法 选取医院接收的妊娠中期孕妇98例,根据促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和游离三碘甲状原氨酸(FT3)分为两组,49例甲状腺功能紊乱者为A组,49例非甲状腺功能紊乱者为B组,以同期49例女性健康体检者为对照组,比较三组受检者的TPOAb阳性率.结果 对照组TPOAb阳性率低于A、B组,其中B组TPOAb阳性率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 妊娠可能会引起TPOAb水平升高,进而对甲状腺功能产生影响,甲状腺激素作为胎儿生长发育的重要激素,甲状腺功能对母婴健康影响较大,孕期行TPOAb筛查对妊娠结局具有积极作用.Objective To explore the clinical value of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)in pregnancy screening.Methods Ninety-eight pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy received in our hospital were divided into two groups according to TSH,FT4 and FT3.49 patients with thyroid dysfunction were in group A,49 patients with non-thyroid dysfunction were in group B,and 49 healthy women in the same period were in the control group.The positive rate of TPOAb was compared among the three groups.Results The positive rate of TPOAb in control group was lower than that in group A and B,and the positive rate of TPOAb in group B was lower than that in group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy may cause elevated levels of TPOAb,which may affect thyroid function.Thyroid hormone is an important hormone for fetal growth and development.Thyroid function has a great impact on maternal and infant health.TPOAb screening during pregnancy has a positive effect on pregnancy outcomes.
