运用QCC活动降低PCI术后血管迷走反射发生率的探讨

摘　　要：目的 本文拟采取QCC方法 降低心脏介入治疗后血管迷走神经反射发生率的活动,从而探讨开展活动的有效性.方法 随机抽取2018年3月-2018年10月进行介入治疗的484例患者,按时间先后顺序将其分为A、B两组.A组为对照组共245人,应用QCC护理方案;B组为观察组共239人,采用常规护理方法 .结果 A、B两组心脏介入治疗术后迷走神经反射发生率分别为14.69%、6.28%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 使用QCC小组活动进行护理工作日常管理,能充分调动护士工作能动性,有效降低心脏介入手术迷走反射发生率,改善护理质量.Objective To investigate the effectiveness of QCC in reducing the incidence of vasovagal reflex after cardiac interventional therapy.Methods 484 patients who underwent interventional therapy from March 2018 to October 2018 were randomly selected and divided into A and B groups according to time sequence.In group A,245 people in control group were given QCC nursing program,while in group B,239 people in observation group were given routine nursing method.Results The incidence of vagal reflex after cardiac interventional therapy was 14.69%in group A and 6.28%in group B,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Using QCC group activities in daily nursing management can fully mobilize nurses’work initiative,effectively reduce the incidence of vagal reflex in cardiac interventional surgery,and improve the quality of nursing.It is worth popularizing and applying.
