摘  要:随着节能减排和环保要求的日渐严格,SO2高标准排放的硫回收尾气处理装置已成为不可缺少的配套环保装置。介绍了碱法脱硫工艺原理、工艺流程和技术特点,以及在硫磺回收装置中应用时的工艺设计模拟计算,并与装置的实际运行情况进行比较。采用碱法脱硫处理之后,排放尾气中ρ(SO 2)≤30mg/m^3,几乎不含无机物质,完全满足了国家排放标准的高要求。As the energy-saving,emission reduction and environmental protection requirements are getting more and more rigorous,the sulfur recovery offgas treatment unit featuring high-standard SO2 emission has become an essential environmental protection unit. The principle,process flow and technical feature of the alkali method desulfurization process is presented,as well as the process design simulation calculation for application in the sulfur recovery unit,which is compared against the actual operation of the unit. After the alkali method desulfurization treatment is employed,in the emitted offgas,ρ( SO2) ≤30 mg/m3,which virtually contains no inorganic matters,and fully meets the high requirements by the national emission standard.
