摘　　要：浓硫酸产品的价格和市场竞争力与其质量息息相关,而其质量等级主要为H2SO4与杂质含量、透明度、色度等定量指标。介绍了提高产品硫酸质量的常用方法,试验研究了硫酸脱色的方法,并将优化后的操作参数成功用于大规模石膏制酸装置的生产实践,经济效益显著。The price and competitiveness of concentrated sulfuric acid product is closely related to its quality. While the quality grade indicators are mainly the content of H2SO4 and impurities,transparency,chromaticity,etc. Typical methods to improve the quality of sulfuric acid product are presented.The decolorization method for sulfuric acid is studied,and the optimized operating parameters are successfully employed in a large-sized sulfuric acid plant from phosphogypsum,which offers significant economic benefits.
