摘　　要：通过T68卧式镗床加工的大型阀体上的各种孔,因运动副间隙、卡尺测量误差或读数失误、手柄进给操作失误等原因而产生的尺寸、位置、重复精度误差甚至废品等问题时有发生,严重地影响着产品质量及效益。为此,决定对该机床进给系统进行改造,加装横向、纵向球栅尺及数显装置,实现人机交互,使得传统的手工测量变为自动测量、被动测量变为主动测量、离线测量变为在线测量,提高了测量精度、产品质量及生产效率,解决了由于测量误差、测量及操作失误等原因而产生的废品问题。All kinds of holes on the large valve body processed by T68 horizontal boring machine,due to the size,position,repetition accuracy error and even waste problems occuring sometimes caused by movement pair clearance,,caliper measurement error or reading error,handle feed operation error and other reasons,which seriously affect product quality and efficiency.For this reason,it is decided to reform the feed system of the machine tool,add horizontal and vertical ball grid ruler and digital display devices to realize human-computer interaction,make the traditional manual measurement into automatic measurement,passive measurement into active measurement,offline measurement into online measurement,improve the measurement accuracy,product quality and production efficiency,and solve the waste products problem caused by measurement error and measurement and operation errors,etc.
