摘 要:利用苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元无规共聚物(U981)的扩链、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的引发接枝改性聚酰胺6(PA6),研究了两者用量对PA6加工性能、力学性能及动态流变性能等的影响。结果表明:两者复配能有效提高PA6的平衡扭矩、缺口冲击强度。添加了0.2 wt%U981与0.2 wt%DCP后,PA6的平衡扭矩、缺口冲击强度分别提高了53%、116%,与单独采用1.0 wt%U981相近;动态流变分析表明两体系的流变行为差异不明显,通过cross方程拟合得到的零剪切粘度与非牛顿指数表明复配体系中PA6的分子链发生了支化,并提出了可能的反应机理。Chain extension of styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer (U981) and initiation grafting of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) were employed to modify the properties of polyamide 6 (PA6). The effects of their amounts on the processing properties, mechanical properties and dynamic rheological properties of PA6 were studied. The results showed that the combination of U981and DCP can effectively improve the balance torque and notched impact strength of PA6. With the addition of 0.2 wt% U981 and 0.2 wt% DCP, the balance torque and notched impact strength of PA6 increased by 53 % and 116 %, respectively, similar to the role of 1.0 wt% U981 alone. Dynamic rheological analysis evidenced no significant difference in rheological behavior between two modified PA6. The zero-shear viscosity and non-Newtonian index obtained by cross equation fitting indicated that the chain of PA6 was branched in the action of U981 and DCP, and a possible reaction mechanism was proposed.
