摘 要:采用限氧裂解法在400和600℃条件下制备棉花秸秆生物炭(CSBC400/CSBC600),对比分析其理化性质,并通过批量平衡实验探讨棉花秸秆生物炭对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附特性。研究结果表明:CSBC600的比表面积和芳香性均优于CSBC400,且CSBC600含有较多的碱性官能团。CSBC对MB的平衡吸附在12h以内,动力学吸附行为由准二级动力学模型更好的描述,吸附速率由液膜扩散、表面吸附和颗粒内扩散等共同控制。CSBC对MB的饱和吸附量均随温度的升高而增大,静电作用是影响MB吸附的重要机制。增加MB初始浓度可促进吸附,且碱性条件更有利于MB的去除;CSBC投加量为4.00 g/L时MB的脱色率能达到90%以上。CSBC600的吸附能力显著优于CSBC400,更适合作为高效吸附剂去除水体中的MB。Cotton straw biochar(CSBC400/CSBC600)was prepared by oxygenn-limited cracking method at 400 and 600℃.Its physical and chemical properties were compared and analyzed,and the adsorption characteristics of cotton straw biochar on methylene blue(MB)were studied by batch equilibration test.The specific surface area and aromaticity of CSBC600 were better than those of CSBC400,and CSBC600 contained more alkaline functional groups.The adsorption of cotton straw biochar on MB could reach equilibrium within 12 hours.The quasi second order kinetic model could better describe the kinetic adsorption behavior of MB on cotton straw biochar,and the adsorption rate was controlled by liquid membrane diffusion,surface adsorption and intra-particle diffusion.The adsorption capacity of two kinds of biochar on MB increased with the increase of temperature,and electrostatic interaction was an important mechanism affecting the adsorption of MB.The increase of initial concentration of MB promoted the adsorption,and the alkaline condition was more beneficial to the removal of MB,and the removal rate of MB could reach more than 90%when the dosage of biochar was 4.00 g/L.The adsorption capacity of CSBC600 was significantly better than that of CSBC400,which was more suitable for removing MB from water as efficient adsorbents.
